Luxury Australia Family Vacation Review: Sydney Bridge Climb, Kangaroo Island Wildlife, Great Ocean Road Tour, Great Barrier Reef

We would not go in winter!  It was quite cold! 

We would skip the Daintree experience - it really wasn't what we expected - most of it took place at a visitors center and it felt rather manufactured, and not very authentic.

Phillip Island and the Penguin parade was a disappointment as not many penguins come to shore in the winter, and we didn't know this - again, this is a seasonal difference and had we known, we may have skipped this.

We would not stay at the Adina Hotel.  This place was below our expectations for sure!

The Ecolodge, on the Great Ocean Road was very highly recommended to us (so much so that we rearranged our itinerary to go there when they had a room available), and though it was nice, it wasn't as great as we expected.  Quite quiet, and dark, although the animals on the property were a highlight.
