Karen was wonderful to work with.  She really listened to what we wanted and helped us plan the perfect trip. She made suggestions for guides and tours I wouldn't have found on my own that really made the trip special.   Even when we made last minute changes, she jumped in and helped us make them smoothly.  I couldn't have been happier with her service and her expertise. I look forward to returning to Australia and will definitely work with this travel agency again.
