We shared our clients disappointment that the private car service transfer booked from Port Douglas to Cairns was actually a minibus with a trailer. A full complaint was lodged with the transportation supplier and a partial refund has been given to reflect the difference in price between the private car the client paid for and the seat in coach shuttle that was taken.

The Kangaroo Island tour pick up times were unclear and the supplier has conducted a full review of their operations to ensure clients are fully aware of all times and not picked up too early. We are confident this lack of communication will not occur again and credited the client for the cost of the transfers that were not delivered appropriately
