Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Sonia organized everything very well for us. It was our first time in Costa Rica and we turned her loose....telling her our arrival date and departure along with some things we think we would enjoy (not specifics....basically see some animals, see the beach, snorkel). We didn't want to spend our time trying to research when we could utilize a local to make the decisions and set things up. Everything went well and we saw a lot.
Sonia was available anytime we needed her, which was important to us.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Seeing animals and the plants. Arbol de La Paz was neat, all of the waterfalls, birdwatching (we are NOT birders, but there are so many neat things to see in Costa Rica). Bioluminescence tour in Montezuma was neat. Seeing a sloth up close in the wild.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Less beach time, more cloud forest time. I think we would see fewer places and instead get immersed in some select spots (Monteverde seemed more our speed, but we were only there one night). Night tours to see more animals. Figure out how to get more local foods instead of relying on hotels. Stay longer (we only did about 8 days). It was a great introductory trip for sure though, and we learned a lot!
