Luxury Costa Rica Trip Review: Tamarindo, La Fortuna, Beach & Mountains, Food & Hot Springs

I am so pleased with the service that I received from the travel professionals at Zicasso.  I was hesitant to employ a travel company because I usually plan and research all of our vacations, but I just didn't know how I wanted to approach Costa Rica.  So, I engaged with our travel specialist on many occasions by phone and email.  He was knowledgeable about the country and gave me many options for travel itineraries.  He listened to what we wanted and never rushed me into making decisions.  There was never a feeling of selling me a vacation, but just a genuine interest in giving our family the experiences that we wanted.  We had one problem with a property that we chose and I wanted to change things up.  I texted our travel specialist and he immediately called me and had a plan to make us happier.  The service was impeccable. An agent met us upon arrival to Costa Rica.  She answered questions and got us set up with the driver that took us up into the mountains.  She called us several times throughout our time in the country to ask if we needed anything and to check and make sure that we were satisfied.  The staff at Zicasso is lovely.
