Our trip to Costa Rica was wonderful! Spoke to two prospective travel companies and went with this travel agency. There was A LOT of communication discussing the options and sorting out the details of the trip—they were attentive and prompt. The options they provided were excellent and customized to our goals and preferences, as well as being open to consider and/or provide guidance on our inquiries/suggestions. The owner of the company came to our hotel to meet us our first day of the trip before we headed out on our excursions—an appreciated gesture. They were even responsive to try and help problem-solve a visa issue with my son who was studying there, which was certainly above and beyond. The transfers and tour guides were impressively all on time or early for the entire two-week trip!
