Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had an excellent trip. It was very well organised and covered all the old towns we were interested in.
The accomodation was excellent. The hotels in Zagreb and Dubrovnik were particularly outstanding.
The drivers and guides were very good too. We especially enjoyed the boating day at Dubrovnik to the nearby islands. No complaints!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

All the old towns! Split and Diocletian's Palace were of particular interest. We particularly loved the glorious fresh air and silence at the hotel in Plitvice. The Plitvice Lakes were wonderful too. Zagreb and the hotel there were especially memorable.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would definitely avoid the Mestrovik Gallery! The guide spoke too loudly and for too long in poor English.
My husband hated the whole experience. I love art, so I was able to concentrate on the sculptures. However, we think
you should seriously reconsider including the Gallery in the itinerary without giving your guests a choice.
The hotel in Korcula: no tea/coffee facilities were provided in our room. Also, no bathrobe was provided either. But the evening manager was especially kind and helpful. He is also from Australia and once lived near us in Fremantle!
The room at the hotel in Plitvice Lakes and pillows smelt of cigarette smoke, which was somewhat unpleasant.
