Unfortunately car rental company or agency does not provide map for the towns clients are visiting. We do not have possibility of getting all the free maps for each city in Croatia and car rental company does not know which cities are clients visiting. I do not think that car rental company in any other country provides maps for each town in their country. We tell our clients that free maps can be sent to their address if they contact Croatian National Tourist office (located in New York), or if they stop in any tourist office in any town they are visiting while in Croatia.  Detailed maps of the country can be bought at any gas station in Croatia. Regarding the car quality, I have to apologize if the car looked like it had been bumped. I wish clients called our Croatian office right away and we would ask car rental company to deliver a different car. Mrs. Nelson and I were talking over the phone and I e-mailed her all the vouchers with our office numbers, direct tel. numbers from car rental company, guides, hotels... and asked her to give me a call if she needs anything while in Croatia. If there is any problem during the trip or if clients do not like the car, room or a guide the only way we can solve the problem or exchange the room, car... is if we get the information right away.
