How can I travel any other way again? From start to finish, the service received was excellent, even when there was one (and only one) hiccup, the tour agency was right on top of it. A very big shout out to Pilar, with whom I worked, who tailored the trip to exactly what I wanted. We were all very pleased.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

That every aspect was taken care of and there were no wasted times (which I specifically said I did not want), waiting around with no plans. The yacht Pilar selected for our day trips to islands was top notch. The tours, fantastic. And the start of the trip in Quito was amazing. Our tour guide in Quito was so knowledgable and made the tour of Quito even better with his enthusiasm.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Somewhere there was a hiccup in Lima with the hotel, and Pilar worked hard to fix that. It was clearly not her fault, as she had followed up, but I would just not want to have to change a hotel on our last night.
