We received absolutely first rate service from Paul at the travel agency. His professionalism, responsiveness and thoroughness put us at ease right from the beginning. His suggestions and advises were spot on and the willingness to work around our dates made the whole trip so much more enjoyable. The arrangements on the ground were flawless. Right from the time we were received  at the Quito airport to the point we were seen off at the San Cristobal airport in Galapagos, everything worked like a very well oiled machine. The accommodations, both on the ground and the cruise were first class and Paul was always a WhatsApp call away.
