We traveled to Split, Hvar, Dubrovnik, Zadar, Plitvice, Rovinj, and Venice.

Our agent was fantastic.  So helpful and accommodating.   She worked within our budget, found great hotels for us and was always responsive and a delight to work with.  Everything worked perfectly.  There were no mix ups on arrivals to hotels and private guides that were arranged were excellent.  Our agent reviewed all vouchers with me prior to our trip and even arranged a transfer from Rovinj to Venice with an excellent driver.  

We had an issue with booking rental car through her agency or directly with the rental car company.  Our agent went out of her way to make it work for me and save me some money, even though it cost her.  I can not say enough great things about our agent.  I would highly recommend using her agency.
