Our agent is an excellent trip planner and liaison. She is responsive, reliable and makes great effort to accommodate our needs and resolve personally any issues encountered while providing great itinerary suggestions. Her itineraries and hotel suggestions were enjoyable, memorable and very comfortable. It really helped us as we were travelling with elderly. The chosen drivers and guides were also very helpful and knowledgeable and made our experience a great one. We were slightly apprehensive at first to be only meeting up with our drivers and guides in each of the local areas directly but it turned out to be very easy to coordinate and our agent helped a lot in this. We would highly recommend this company for a hassle free, enjoyable and unique holiday in slovenia and croatia!
