Luxury European Vacation Review: Greece, Italy, Athens, Santorini, Mykonos ATV Tour

I have never used a travel agent before until this trip.  I worked with this European travel agent and he was fantastic!  He was very responsive and always responded to my emails promptly and he followed through with everything.  For example, I asked for list of hotels and recommendations and he said he would get back with me by the end of the day and he did exactly that.  Our agent's customer service was definitely worth the 5-star review.  

Our process started with a phone call and I told him what I had in my mind for the trip.  We discussed destinations and budget.  After that, our agent mocked an itinerary and we made tweaks as needed.  He booked everything for us and provided me with the details.  He arranged for the transportation between all the airports and hotels for us.  The companies he used were very good.  We traveled between 4 cities and went to the airport 3 times and the driver was on time every time.  Not one pick up was late.  The hotels he recommended were very nice.

Overall, we are very glad we used this travel company and we're lucky this specialist was our agent.  We had a great time on our trip.  I highly recommend this tour company and especially this agent.
