We had a wonderful trip and working with our Italy travel specialist was a pleasure. We liked the fact that our travel specialist lives in and is a citizen of Italy. She was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of planning our trip with us. The hotels were all very nice and she had everything worked out for us down to folks picking us up to get us from one place to another. The guides she hired for our tours were very knowledgeable and professional.

Your overall comments on Zicasso?

Zicasso is a great service that we discovered by accident, but it helped us plan our wonderful Italy vacation

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved the rolling hills and mountain views in Tuscanny and especially the old fort cities of San Giminango and Volterra. We have many special memories of our 2 weeks that will last a lifetime.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?
