Luxury Greece Family Vacation: Athens, Crete, Mykonos, Santorini Catamaran Cruise, Delphi, Acropolis, Changing of the Guards

~~Our trip began with 2 days in Athens. 

Our trip began in Athens with a stay at a hotel in Syntagma Square.  The location was ideal for a short walk to the Parliament and the changing of the guards and to the Acropolis and Plaka area.

We then Flew to Crete and stayed a week in Almyrida which is about 30 minutes from the old port town of Chania on the Western part of the island.  The villa we stayed in was stunning.  The property manager and owner was so helpful and kind and was always checking in with us to make sure we were having a great time.

We took a hydrofoil ferry next to Santorini.  We stayed again in a villa in Megalachori which was a little far from the main  town of Fira but was gorgeous.  The views we had from our villa were the best of the trip.  The villa was close to wineries and some of the best beaches on the island.  Our agent arranges a Cataraman boat tour and it was absolutely the highlite of our time on that island.  Our agent also recommended we eat at restaurant in the harbor called Psaraki and it was amazing.  One of the best meals we had in Santorini.

Our final island was Mykonos and this was my children's favorite.  The hotel was absolutely gorgeous.  We had our own pool and Jacuzzi.  The hotel was over looking the Elia beach with breathtaking views of the sea.  Mykonos town was charming with beautiful stores and the most amazing restaurants in the harbor.

Every car transfer and ferry trip was scheduled perfectly and was always on time!  Didn't have to worry about a thing.
