Luxury Greece Family Vacation Review: Naxos, Mykonos, Santorini

Without a doubt, our family vacation was the success it was because of our wonderful agent at this Greece travel company.  My initial contact with her was through Zicasso.  From that initial inquiry, I have had all my questions answered within 12 hours of emailing her, most of the time within 2 hours.  She is was on top of our entire trip from start to finish.  There was a good deal of time between planning the trip and leaving for it, about 10 months.  While we were traveling, it dawned on me how much effort she put into planning our itinerary around our specific needs.  I actually forgot most of her initial inquiries about what we were looking for, but as we traveled, it all came back.  It was clear she paid attention to all the things we discussed.  Furthermore, there were no hiccups.  We were picked up at every port, excursion, and transfer on time.  Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly, so she knew the right people to plan our excursions with.  The hotel choices she made were amazing.  I fashion myself a do-it-yourself person when it comes to planning travel, so using a travel agent came with some skepticism.  However, when 100% of our trip exceeded our expectations, I would have no hesitancy in working with this agent again.
