Very responsive and friendly. Full of suggestions of things to do in each location we were visiting. Were helpful when we had a snafu and were reassuring when we had concerns about one leg of travel.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Food tour near Bologna, Italy, pizza-making class in Florence. Views in Santorini Greece.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Configure the trip so that a 3-stop flight on the return home was not required. Also, would have bought some detailed maps before traveling. Otherwise, just about everything was great.
