Luxury Honeymoon to Thailand Review: Day with Elephants, Bangkok Night Food Tour & Night Markets

Overall experience was amazing, wasn't perfect or it would have been a 5 out of 5. This trip was for our honeymoon and we had many friends book this same trip through this travel company.
The trip started off amazing and ended very poorly in our eyes honestly.  Our first three hotels were 5 star (as requested), the 4th hotel was horrible, and the 5th hotel was nice but for a family with kids not a couple on their honeymoon.  Tour guides were all lovely and great until the last stop of the trip where it seemed like they had forgotten about us, we had been in large, comfy vans the whole trip then were in a small 4 door sedan for the last leg.  The last hotel we stayed in said they upgraded us because it was our honeymoon, but our travel company told us it was because of the poor hotel we stayed in the nights previous, so very confusing what was what with that. 
The one day we were supposed to go play with elephants was something my wife was looking forward to the most, and I had buddies who had done this in the same spot that we booked so we were excited.  The day before our tour guide informs us, "oh no you don't actually walk around and play with them in the river and all you just feed them off a balcony". I asked her if there was some kind of mistake because our friends had been to this exact location. She then called and "arranged" for us to go with a special group that day where we actually got to feed, walk around, and wash the elephants which we thought was the original plan at no additional cost. If it was no additional cost to us why not just do that in the first place as that was what we requested?
Would 100% recommend Thailand to anyone who wants to go, do not know if I would recommend this travel company however.
