Luxury Italy Birthday Vacation Review: Venice, Bologna, Florence, Amalfi Coast, Food Experience Tour, Wine Pairings, Gondola Ride

I was hesitant about working with a travel agent, let alone one whom I was referred to through a website. However, mid-January we realized we were in a bind - we had not made any formal arrangements for our vacation and we planned on taking our trip in April or May. It was at this time that I learned of Zicasso and after doing my research and reading a number of reviews, I decided to take my chances and submitted a customized request for a two-week trip through Italy. 

The full experience, from the moment I submitted my request through our return home from a fabulous vacation, was stellar.  Hillary was extremely prompt in reaching out with a call to find out more about our vacation objectives and the planning, executed by Debbie was meticulous and thoughtful.

This was truly the best vacation I have ever had, and probably the first worry-free vacation I have ever had as all arrangements were flawless - from the accommodations, transportation and tours, we didn't experience any issues and the service was phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed our drivers, our guides and all of the experiences in between.
