Luxury Italy Family Vacation Review: Florence, Rome, Tuscany

Everything with our Italy-based travel agent was great- from the initial contact via email, first conversation over the phone, MANY emails back and forth, to the trip itself. What I liked best was that this company listened to what I was looking for and didn't make me feel bad for wanting to keep the budget in check. We had lots of back and forth regarding which tours to include and which hotels to stay at throughout the 11-day trip. It was never a burden to go back and change/add/delete according to my desires and budgetary constraints. And then when we finally got to Italy everything worked like clockwork. The only time we encountered difficulty was when we veered off on our own! All of the drivers were there on time and all of the guides were outstanding. We really had the trip of a lifetime and I am grateful for the help that was provided by this travel agency and our travel consultant. Thanks so much for helping make lasting memories for my family!
