This Italy travel agency surpassed our expectations in creating a flawless Italian holiday for our family this summer. From the very start, with our last minute planning requests, for a 2 week tour throughout Italy, during the busy summer season; our agents never disappointed us. Their follow through with details, timeliness in responding to our numerous inquiries &, ultimately, providing us with the exact itinerary we were hoping to execute was amazing. With their assistance, we succeeded in creating a memorable family travel experience the summer before our son starts high school .... which was our goal all along.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

From start to finish the entire trip was memorable, but a few keys moments were .....

- Taking photos at sunrise of the Grand Canal in Venice

- Spontaneously seeing the winners of the Il Palio horse race, in Siena, marching through the streets of this ancient city

- Sunset over the vineyards & gardens of Castello del Nero in Tuscany

- An elaborate, traditional Italian lunch at "12 Apostles" with our agent in Verona

- Getting a chance to know our very friendly driver, Leonardo

- The magic of finishing our trip in beautiful Positano at the amazing Le Sirenuse Hotel with views of the sea & hillside town from our balcony.

- Climbing the 1,700 steps from Positano to the small hillside town of Nocelle, as a family & taking in the views from the top

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Really nothing. Perhaps book a different hotel in Rome.
