Luxury Italy Family Vacation Review: Tuscany, Rome, Vatican City, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Florence, Chianti & Montalcino Winery Tour

I was more than a little apprehensive when I first decided to contact Zicasso when I was planning out Italy trip, but when I got quick responses from two highly qualified travel companies my apprehensions were soon laid to rest.  

This Italy travel company was selected as the best fit of the two responding companies. It was a pleasure to work with this company in planning our recent trip to Italy. Our agent was extremely responsive, made superb recommendations, and helped guide me into great decisions all along the way. This was my first time working with a travel company on an international trip, and I would not go any other direction in planning future overseas travel. To work with someone who knows the country, the best ways to get around, the best places to visit and best accommodations to stay in all while holding to the budgeted amount was refreshing. It took a ton of anxiety away to know this company was working on my behalf.

They were also flexible. They arranged a last minute tour to Vatican City. They also accommodated a last minute change to get a private transfer to our hotel in Rome upon our arrival at Fiumicino.

My contact in Italy contacted me several times to be sure things were going well, and he was available 24/7 for me to contact if needed. He is great. Very reassuring!
