For the transfers in Venice, somethings a car and a motorboat are involved, and assistants are there to coordinate them. During high season it might happen that one needs to wait a little bit for the motorboat. Your assistant might have been making a call or two to make sure somebody was on your way. Regarding the tour to the islands in Venice, our agent informed you that it was going to be a large group tour as the small group tour was already booked. She offered you the option to buy the ferry ticket to the islands and do it on your own, but you opted for this option. I am sorry if this tour was not what you expected. I am glad you enjoyed the tours and hotels in Rome and Florence and that you overall were satisfied with our services.
