Luxury Italy Trip Review: Rome, Porto Ercole, Florence, Milan, Lake Como, 8-Night Tour

Dominick, Laura, Donatella, and team are the best there is. They not only planned a dream vacation for us but also rallied in a medical emergency to connect me with a specialist doctor within 12 hours. Every car was on time, every driver was friendly and helpful, every detail was accounted for.
I asked our travel agency for a trip through Italy that would take us from Rome up through Lake Como and ultimately land in Geneva, Switzerland where my fiance and I were attending a conference. I had lasik eye surgery about a week before we left for our trip to Europe, and my eye became very irritated just a couple days into our journey. I reached out to Donatella at 8am, heard back from her immediately, and she had found me a lasik specialist outside Florence and made me an appointment within a few hours. The doctor there saw me same-day and got me a prescription for eye drops that ultimately resolved my issue. When I had reached out to Donatella, the pain was so severe that I was thinking I'd need to fly home.  Needless to say, the level of service and care that you will receive from this team is unparalleled. They have my highest recommendation, and I'll be a return customer whenever life brings me back to this incredible part of the world.
