Un meraviglioso viaggio!

We have been to Italy several times on our own and were looking forward to this return trip. We have never used a travel specialist in the past, but  found we were getting bogged down with the  logistics of drivers, train schedules etc. And so began our contact with Zicasso and ultimately this travel agency. Best decision we ever made! Our agent and her staff were an absolute delight to work with. They  took the time to truly understand what experiences would make this trip perfect for us, and then crafted a personalized itinerary that encompassed everything we were looking for.

The hotels  were fabulous, the drivers and guides were top notch and their logistics were on point. We traveled with ease, with every detail attended to. We can't wait to work with this company on our next trip!
