Luxury Italy Vacation Review: Lake Como, Piedmont, Cooking Class, Wine & Cuisine, Relaxation

Our recent Italy trip was our second experience with this travel agency.  They previously planned our family vacation to Greece.  Both vacations were fantastic, far exceeding our expectations.  Before I received the Zicasso request to rate this company, I had already written to the company's Executive Director with the following unprompted review:

     we are back after a fantastic vacation, our second with your assistance.  even though we had high expectations, just about every part of the trip exceeded those expectations.  for instance, neither your brochure not the hotel website could prepare us for the opulence of our accommodation.  we were treated like and felt like royalty.  thank you again for arranging the day of arrival massages and late dinner.  in piedmont, our tour guide was a lot of fun and quickly became part of the family.  at lake como, not even bad weather (it rained all three days) seemed to make a difference.  The chef in bellagio had the perfect personality to make the cooking class informative and entertaining.
