Our travel company was amazing! Daniela and her team made the entire process easy and they were constantly available whenever needed. From the moment we landed in Italy we had nothing at all to worry about! The 5 star hotels they selected were not only gorgeous properties, but were located close to everything which made it easy to either head to the water or be able to walk through all of the shops and find great restaurants. The itinerary they put together was spot on with what we were interested in and they did an amazing job ensuring that we had an awesome experience.
Everything went as scheduled, drivers always prompt and prepared, the best guides for every tour and if tickets for events were needed they were either delivered to the hotel before we arrived or were attached in the app. The team continued to call in or text just to check in and make sure all was going well. Top notch from planning to arriving and throughout the trip was our experience!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

As this was a trip through the lakes of Northern Italy, the private boat rides with guides were certainly a highlight. It gave us the opportunity to not only experience the beautiful villas and views throughout the lakes, but to learn much of the history of each area we were in.
Of course, the food was always amazing no matter where we were! The personal service at each hotel was great and the staff at every place we stayed at was awesome.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

One of the things that I would do differently is scheduling one of our outings better. Our itinerary had us spending one day taking a train to Switzerland. The plan was to be there for a few hours and then take a boat back, unfortunately it was scheduled for a Sunday and all of the shops were closed. Had we known that going on a day when things were open would have been better. Other than that, every part of the trip was absolutely wonderful!
