This Italy travel agency is ethical and works hard to maintain integrity. When a couple of the tour contractors they booked me with were less than expected, this agency was responsive to comments that the choices didn't represent their interests or services well. Even after the trip was concluded this agency wanted to insure that the great parts of the tour would be what represented their planning and refunded me for the poor tours. This travel agency is dependent on knowing and choosing local travel vendors and when those vendors didn't serve as expected they took responsibility for them.
