The trip planner was awesome. She was so responsive to our needs and wishes. She was always on top of it. She organized the most amazing holiday for our family. Couldn't have asked for better.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

All the outstanding activities that our planner arranged, each was perfect for our needs / wishes.
Number one was probably the kayaking in Franz Josef.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would spend longer than 18 days.
