Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Franck and the team at the travel agency did an excellent job organizing the trip and assisting us throughout as changes were needed to be made because of adverse weather. We had never been to New Zealand and relied on Franck extensively to suggest an itinerary responsive to our interests and budget. We were extremely happy with the result and our experiences in New Zealand. I would be happy to partner with Franck again on a trip to New Zealand and recommend him highly to others interested in seeing that wonderful country.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The nature parts of our trip, including kayaking excursions, are very memorable.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We could have used more assistance on restaurants in advance of arriving at the various locations. We also would have added a trip to Stewart Island.
