We are so thankful for Michelle at this New Zealand travel agency, she really put together a fantastic package for us. In trying to find an agent for this trip, we searched locally as well, and no one could put together the action packed trip like Michelle did.

Michelle is very thorough, and put a lot of detail and care into our package. She is also extremely responsive answering emails almost immediately.

We wanted a lot of adventure on this trip and that is exactly what we got, while being able to go back to our comfortable and well located hotels each night to recover and get ready for the next days adventure.

I will always remember the careful attention and wonderful customer service we received from Michelle and our travel agency. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all I know.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

One of the most exciting tours we did was the lost world 7 hour epic adventure at Waitomo Caves. It was pretty exhilarating abseiling down a 340 foot long rope, and psychically challenging working our way back out of the cave system. The glow worms were great, it was so relaxing to just lay back in the dark and look up. So beautiful, like looking at the stars at night. After our long hike/swim/crawl/squeeze trip out of the cave we had a wonderful steak dinner awaiting us made by our guides. This was truly a day I will never forget.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We had couple of items that we couldn't do because of weather, but when you want adventure in the outdoors the weather can be a factor. I think if I were to change anything I would have added a day to the trip to be able to drive and see the Milford Sound Region. This is one item we were not able to do, as the flight we had scheduled was cancelled do to weather.
