Luxury Portugal Vacation Review: Porto, Lisbon, Douro Valley, 10-Night Trip

This is the best travel company we have ever worked with (we travel a lot and always use a local tour company). Filomena and Jorge, the partners, went above and beyond the call of duty. After planning an amazing trip for us, I suffered an injury and had to have our entire trip changed.
Hotel reservations were canceled while others were extended. Day trips were canceled and other items were put in to replace it (we were supposed to go biking and hiking, but that was replaced with guided tours).
 
Car rentals were canceled and Jorge personally drove from Lisbon to Porto to pick us up and bring us to Lisbon as drivers were not available and we could not drive ourselves.
But even the first day, Filomena met us at the hotel in Porto to give us a Wi-Fi and GPS unit and welcome us to Portugal. This was six hours of driving for her. Unbelievable!
And the guides they provided us were great. A particular shout out to our guide who is a wealth of knowledge and kindness and showed us everything we needed to know and more in Porto and the Douro Valley.  We have used many guides all over the world throughout the years and he was as good as any of them.
