We has some issues with the tour we were on. I reached out to my contact at Zicasso and he was able to help resolve the issues. Without him I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere with the tour company.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The private tour that zicasso arranged for my family in Glasgow.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Not do a commercial bus tour.
