Very responsive and helpful company overall. Worked with us through a couple of refinements to our itinerary to get it just as we wanted it. When our original contact had to be out on sick leave, another was assigned to us without skipping a beat. There was one oversight regarding delivery of a voucher to us, but this was immediately corrected once we reported it to them, with no adverse impact on our trip. Our only quibble: we asked them to arrange for a private driver/guide for us for most of our tour. Having made this same request before with other companies, we have always been provided with a trained and licensed tour guide. In this case, however, our travel company arranged for a driver from a fully licensed car service, but he was not a trained guide. Luckily, he was great company on our tour and a terrific host who made us very comfortable, and he was a great representative of his country. Still, he clearly had never been to many of the destinations on our itinerary, and we felt as if we were not learning as much about them as we would have with a trained and experienced guide. Lesson learned. Next time we will be more specific in regard to this kind of request. All in all, we would work with this travel agency again.
