It was a very nicely planned trip with good recommendations on what to do and where to go.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The botanical gardens and beach recommendations were excellent.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would like to have better detailed information about exactly when we were to be picked up and our estimated tour lengths. That seemed like a mystery from day to day.

As for requesting more tour info: Your arrival itinerary featured the tour timings and locations (pick-up from the hotel lobby). I wish we would have known about your preference for more information? As we outline in your travel documents, every client is unique and if we are not informed of your concerns, we do not have the opportunity to address and correct the matter. Feedback received after the trip is always appreciated but will not benefit either party during the journey. Overall, I'm glad you enjoyed Singapore + Malaysia and look forward to reconnecting on a future journey.
