Luxury South Pacific Vacation Review: Australia and New Zealand

We could never have planned such a great trip without Steven and his knowledge of New Zealand and Australia.

We procrastinated and had not booked the final weeks of our Australia and all of New Zealand vacations.  We found this agency on Trip Advisor / Zicasso.  The agency is based in Auckland and has relationships with many high end B&Bs and small hotels as well as tour operators.  Steven exchanged emails with us and had a phone call before providing a preliminary itinerary.  Given our lateness in booking, he had to make changes but it was a vacation of a lifetime. 

Our agency booked lovely B&Bs and small hotels and great tours.  This agency looked after every detail; we were provided a detailed itinerary, driving directions and suggestions for sites to see on the way and drivers for transfers.  We were especially impressed that Steven had personally checked out most of our accommodations.
