Well planned with enough detail to make it easy for us.  Loaner phone was a big plus for in-country communications and navigation.
A weather-related change to plans was required.  This travel team explained the issues and offered several alternatives to the planned activity.
The guides they arranged were great.  It really added to the experience to have "locals" show us their home towns and areas.
