Luxury Spain & Morocco Tour Review: Sahara Desert, Atlas Mountains, Barcelona, Madrid, Culture, Architecture, Tapas Tour & the Food

The travel company was a pleasure to work with.  The Saumel and Paloma were incredibly responsive to all our questions and carefully considered all our particular needs and requests while putting together our trip.  We had multiple conversations and many correspondences during the process.  They really listened to what we wanted to do, the types of hotels we preferred, the activities we enjoyed, where we wanted to go, how we wanted to travel around, the level of service we required and the special needs due to food and bedding allergies.  This was definitely not a cookie cutter travel package but a full service tailor made vacation experience.  During the planning process they were great at making suggestions while still giving us the ability to tweak our travels based on our own preferences and desires.  We couldn't be more pleased with the process and the result.
During the trip they provided exceptional support, checking in with us every couple days to make sure everything was going smoothly, which they did.  They setup an app group between us, Samuel and Paloma so we knew we could always get a hold of them in case something didn't go quite just right.  We never had the need to really ping them for assistance but it was good to know it was available in case we needed it.  They checked in with us every couple of days which was reassuring.
All the hotels, guides, excursions, and transportation provided by the company were superb.  The hotels were all boutique hotels, just like we like, in great locations.  Many were converted palaces.  They all had great service and attention to detail.  The guides were all extremely knowledgeable and were passionate about their jobs.  All the excursions were well organized and interesting.  You can only go through some many gothic 15th and 16th century churches though, the wife loved them.  The provided transportation was always first class and right on time, every time.  Incredibly well organized package provided by the travel company.
