Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

They did a great job of setting up tours, transfers, and great hotels. They were easy to communicate with via What's App. They were proactive when our flight was canceled, they sent a driver to take us from Lisbon to Seville without a hitch. The tour guides and transfers were all professional and knowledgeable. The hotels were also very nice in central locations. I had comfort knowing they were monitoring our itinerary.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The walking tapas tour in Lisbon was excellent and very interesting. We really enjoyed all four of our stops: Porto, Lisbon, Seville, and Barcelona. Our guide for the Gaudi tour in Barcelona was very knowledgeable and enjoyable.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Four cities in two countries for 12 days was a little too much. I would do 3 cities in 12-ish days next time to give down time to relax or shop. I selected the cities and timeline so no fault to the travel agency.
