Lenny worked with me extensively to understand what types of accommodations and activities I wanted, and to plan the itinerary accordingly. My plans changed a few times, and he was really flexible about modifying the arrangements. His team was very attentive once we arrived in Thailand, checking in frequently and providing helpful information. The local guides that he arranged were also excellent.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

There were too many to count, but the very top highlights were a sea canoe tour in Phang Nga Bay, a visit to an elephant camp near Chiang Mai, and a tour of a railway market and floating market outside of Bangkok. Lenny arranged a number of really unique experiences for us.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would have planned our time in Phuket differently. Between the excursions and the trips from and to the airport, we ended up running around too much and not sitting on the beach enough.
