Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We decided on the travel agency after Zicasso recommended 2 different options. Darya and I clicked immediately after speaking on the phone. It was a complicated travel question with myself and my daughters coming and going on different days and schedules. The trip was flawless. Drivers always were prompt and courteous. Tour guides were fun and knowledgeable. Hotel and restaurant recommendations were impeccable to our tastes. Darya was able to navigate changes outside our control with ease and accuracy. There was not 1 area of this vacation that did not meet my high standards.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Darya helped make the trip enjoyable by mixing activities with down time. We were able to feel at ease knowing her plans were always solid. When traveling overseas it’s so comforting to know drivers etc will show up. Her contact list is top knotch.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Never come home!
