Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Excellent guides with one terrible exception. One driver was also just awful. I cannot describe this as a luxury vacation, but we did have an enjoyable time.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

In general, the city tours of most places EXCEPT Madrid were excellent and very well conducted.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Select a different source rather than Zicasso for recommendations. The idea that this agency provided a "luxury tour" is nonsense. Several hotels were 3 star at best, although one hotel in Madrid was definitely a luxury property. Great job with that one.
