We wanted independent travel with all the arrangements taken care of, as though we were with a group. Our travel company provided it, with absolutely reliable transfers, knowledgeable and charming guides, excellent hotel choices. We had a wonderful, carefree time thanks to all the arrangements. The staff worked tirelessly with us in advance to make sure the trip was designed exactly as we wanted within our budget. The travel agency we chose was one of two companies that responded to my request on Zicasso; both provided good itineraries; it was hard to choose between them.
