We did our best to resolve the issue with your hotel in Fes once we have heard that they didn’t respect your dietary restrictions as well as the bedding option. Your travel agent contacted you via emails and over the phone to clarify the mishap and to apologize on behalf of our team and the hotel. We also made sure to double-check with the rest of your properties that your bedding preference and dietary restrictions are all communicated to their staff.
