The trip and the travel company were excellent. We were able to customize our vacation with Zicasso’s travel team to fully meet our needs. Other tour operators wanted us to follow a prescribed path, but our travel agent worked with us to create the itinerary we desired. Even after the trip was booked and paid for, he continued to work to improve it and found us a better lodging option in Fes. We really appreciated that.

After the tragic earthquake on September 8, our travel company communicated with us to assure us we could continue with our trip. We left some agenda items flexible, but in the end were able to visit everywhere we had planned, with no disruption. Having a driver with us and at our disposal throughout the trip was very reassuring and he took great care of us from start to finish.
