Morocco Vacation Review: Local History, Culture, 15-Day Trip

We found the itinerary to be as we had hoped. Even though, due to the recent earthquake, last-minute modifications were made, these were completely acceptable.

Our guide/driver exceeded our expectations in all areas and provided lots of additional services, such as making restaurant reservations and making our travels easy and enjoyable throughout. He also provided continuous information regarding the landscape, culture, local history, and customs, helping to improve budding interests in learning Arabic.

We also particularly appreciated that our contact and general planner/organizer at our travel company met us personally at our hotel in Marrakesh.

In addition, many gestures provided on our travels (nuts and dried fruits, fresh water every day, etc.) were an unexpected and welcomed extra.
