New Zealand Family Vacation: Queenstown, Hobbiton Tour, Wellington, Hiking, Zip Lining, Luging

We would not have stayed 3 nights in Auckland.  The travel agent originaly suggested that we travel further south on the North island and I should have listened to that suggestion.  The trip emphasis was to be on Lord of the Rings sites for my son & grandson and we could have seen the studios and props I think in Wellington.  My thinking had been not to move accomodations so many times but that would not have been such a poblem afterall.

When my grandson requested New Zealand for his senior trip I started looking around to see what I could find and your site popped up.  I submitted some questions, 2 agents replied, one with more than the other and before I knew it the trip was planned.  I panicked because I did not know the agent or company and almost backed out but the agent put me in touch with a previous customer of hers which gave me the confidence I needed to move forward.
