New Zealand Family Vacation Review: Kaikoura, Hokitika, Queenstown, Rotorua, Milford Sound, Whale Watching

The travel planner and his team were amazing to work with.  When we first contacted the planner, he put together an itinerary and we had a phone conf call and we got it changed to our needs.  After the down payment, so that he and his group can go ahead and book the hotels, the excursions and the airfare (to fly between the two islands - provided that is what you choose - which we did), he and his team took all of this off of our hands and did the work - so that when we landed in Auckland, we were greeted at the airport and driven to our hotel.  The next day, we were delivered the rental car, which we then drove around visiting places that were booked for us.  Our travel planner was always responsive to our needs - I communicated with him initially through email - but then once I realized I could talk to him via an app, which was far more convenient to me and my family, I chose to keep in touch with him that way. 
I highly, highly recommend the travel planner and his team, for all or any of your NZ planning and booking.  You will not regret it.
