My travel agency provided us with a great family trip to New Zealand. Our agent listened to what we wanted to do and put together a fun trip for us. All arrangements worked out fine, and all the providers had a positive impression of this travel agency. Our trip required coordinating travel for 6, with various arrivals and departures. And given we were traveling over the holidays, our travel agency was able to find us nice accommodations despite the timing and the need for space for 6. We wanted active travel - hiking, rafting, canyoneering, kayaking. And our agent was able to incorporate that into our itinerary.
