Overall, the trip was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the adventures in New Zealand and Australia. The honeymoon/vacation planned by our Zicasso travel partners (who helped us with changes due to flight delays and weather impacts due to Cyclone Jasper) couldn’t have been any better and met our every expectation.

Our travel agents were such a great help and even though it was the holidays, managed to give their time to ensure we were looked after. We had just enough planned by them regarding excursions, which allowed us to enjoy free time on our own to plan side excursions in the cities we visited.

We would definitely plan another trip with them and would recommend them to anyone looking to travel to either country.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The travel through the cities and the restaurant recommendations were very enjoyable, as were the excursions they planned for us.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would do more car rentals and solo adventuring rather than too many large group tours. We really liked visiting the smaller cities and towns, like Cairns and Queenstown, and would want to do more travel through the countryside.
